How do I change my shipping address?
In case you noticed an error in your shipping address or wanted to modify your order, please shoot us a message as soon as possible and we’ll try our best to help out. We fulfill our orders quickly, so we could not make any promise as to stopping the delivery in time and correcting the address.
How do I track the status of my order?
You could click on the tracking number provided in ‘Order shipped’ email sent to you or check order status in Orders section of your personal accounts.
Will you keep my credit card information on file?
We support Paypal Checkout right now. It’s a safe and secure way to protect your financial details. So, we don’t keep your card information.
Will my chakra bracelets come in one package?
If you ordered more than one chakra bracelets on the same day, then they are likely to arrive in one package.
What is your returns policy?
Not satisfied with the chakra bracelet you received? No worries. You can return it within 30 days as from the day of purchase. Please note that we don’t accept returns if the item(s) is incomplete, damaged, leached, or stained. We are sorry to let you know that you should pay for the return shipping.
I received wrong bracelets
Please accept our sincere apologies for this mistake and let us know. Before we send you the right bracelets, at our cost for the shipping, we need you to send us photos of the bracelets you got and details of your first purchase.
I received my bracelets but they are damaged
We will tell our delivery providers to be careful as chakra bracelets are delicate accessories. But we are sorry if the disappointing accident happened anyway.
Please send us photos as proof and details of you purchase, so we can replace the damaged bracelets for you.
Can I change or cancel an order after I’ve submitted it?
Yes. But please keep in mind that we process orders within 48 hours as from your payment. You could not change or cancel your order if the tracking number has been generated, which means your bracelet is on its way home.
Can I pre-order an item that is sold out?
We suggest that you give us a prior notice to make sure that we have enough materials to meet your demond. We can’t pour from an empty cup. Your understanding is very much appreciated.
